By submitting your application to Zepfest 2025, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Submission Review & Selection – All submissions will be reviewed by the Zepfest team. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, and selections will be made based on event needs, quality, and alignment with the festival’s vision.

2. Content Rights & Usage – By submitting, you grant Zepfest 2025 the non-exclusive right to use your work, name, and likeness for promotional, marketing, and festival-related purposes. You retain full ownership of your work.

3. Commitment & Participation – If selected, you agree to participate in the festival as outlined in your submission. You acknowledge that Zepfest may adjust schedules, placement, or details as needed.

4. No Compensation – Unless otherwise stated in writing, participation in Zepfest 2025 is on a volunteer or unpaid basis. Participants are responsible for their own expenses unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

5. Respect & Conduct – All participants must adhere to Zepfest’s community standards, including professionalism, respect for all attendees, and compliance with event guidelines. Zepfest reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards.

6. Liability Release – Zepfest 2025 and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Participants assume all risks associated with their involvement in the festival.
